Crafted from the Trinitario cacao varietal, we use a slightly hotter roast profile to build a stable base that enhances the hazelnut’s natural depth.
Every bar is meticulously handcrafted—hand-sorted, roasted, cracked, winnowed, and stone-ground for up to 80 hours before being aged, tempered, molded, and wrapped in our little factory.
